Mission Statement: A high performance rowing program for rowers in the South Sound region.

West Olympia Rowing Club (WORC) was established in January of 2024. It was established for athletes in the South Sound region seeking a competitive rowing program. WORC competes in the Northwest region. Along with its competitive athletes it has a strong and experienced coaching staff. Head Coach Richard Laurence has coached many rowers to the highest level including Youth Nationals, Worlds, and various other high level settings.
